If you aren't 100% satisfied with your ride, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Bike

  Carefully disassemble the components you installed and place the bike back in its original manufacturer box with all protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Drop the package at an authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for oversized bike boxes.
